From your Ovid search results, on the right side of each result, click any of these links:
PDF (preferred, as it will give you the full text in just one click)
MGH Ovid Full Text
EBM Full Text

If you wish to double-check full text availability, go to the Treadwell Library website and click eJournals & eBooks to search for the journal by title.
