If you have Harvard privileges, you can use eCommons to try to get full text articles from journals to which eTreadwell doesn't subscribe. 

Once you've logged in (using the link above), click Countway Library, then PubMed with full text. If you know the article’s PMID, type it in the search box; or just search PubMed for the citation. Click the article title (underlined/hyperlinked in blue). Click the publisher’s logo or  icon for the full text.

Alternatively, click Countway Library, then Journals. In the “Refine Your Search” box, type the name of the journal and click Apply Search. Make your selection from the search results. The next screen shows the various full text options. Choose the option that covers the time span you need.

Another option is to click Hollis Catalog and search for the journal title across all of Harvard's collections, which includes books and print journals as well as electronic journals.
