The 
icon always attempts to take you to the best full text source for the article, but there are usually other sources available. If the icon fails to get you the full text, please report the problem to us via Ask Us!
To see if there are other full text sources available, click the 
link in the upper left corner of the screen. From there, you'll see all the sources available for the article (see example below).
The "Full text from..." links will attempt to go directly to the article. The first one listed is the one that failed, so try the second one instead.
The "Link to journal..." links will take you to the journal site where you'll need to search for your article to get to the full text. Sometimes this is the only option because not all articles can be linked directly.
You also have the option to request the article via our Order Articles service.
